• 5:00 PM: Arrive at the meeting point.
• 5:30 PM: Transfer to the trailhead in your own vehicle.
• Briefing: Enjoy tea while guides brief you on the trail and safety.
• Herping Trail: Begin your guided night walk to spot wildlife.
• Campsite Arrival: Freshen up, then relax by the campfire.
• 7:00 PM: BBQ snack served.
• 8:00 PM: Second guided night trail.
• 9:00 PM: Authentic Goan dinner under the stars.
• Campfire & Relaxation: Set up tents and enjoy the forest ambiance.
• 11:00 PM: Lights out in tents.
• 7:00 AM: Wake up and freshen up.
• Morning Activity: Choose a bird walk or riverside relaxation.
• 8:00 AM: Authentic Goan breakfast.
• 9:30 AM: Walk back to the parking lot to conclude the tour.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation : Cancel 48 hrs+ before for a full refund | No Refund : No refunds if cancelled within 48 hrs or for no-shows | Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations.
Note: In case of unsafe weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or reschedule. Guests will receive a full refund or the option to rebook (subject to availability).

Duration of activity : 17 hrs (1020 mins).
Frequency : Operates daily from 05:00 PM - 09:30 AM. Subject to weather conditions and advance booking
Mode of transport : By personal vehicle/ Hired taxi to starting point
Min. and Max. capacity : Between 5-10 people at a time only
Experience level : Easy and suitable for beginners and nature enthusiasts
Note: Experience schedules may change due to safety at any point of time before or
during the trek.

Important Information
📌Essentials
• Best time to visit : November to April (weather permitting)
• Please be on time to have the best experience
• All participants to sign a disclaimer
• No playing of music, loud noise or forest destruction
• No alcohol, drugs, banned/illegal substances
• No food in sleeping area/tents or littering surroundings
• Tents are on dual sharing basis, single user to cost extra
• Male/female occupants in the same tent to sign a disclaimer
• Save water and conserve battery life of torches
• Strictly adhere to timings
• Respect the privacy of others
• Follow male & female separation of washrooms/tents
• Avoid messing washrooms, tents and wash basins
• Don’t forget your camera or phone for photos
• Children below 18 yrs must be accompanied by an adult
• Suitable for all age groups
🎒Pack
• Wear light (preferably dri-fit) long sleeve T-shirt, long trousers, comfortable walking shoes and long socks
• Carry a backpack with sleepwear and any other personal belongings you may need
• Carry pillow and bedsheet (as required)
• Personal medication (if required)
• Carry 2 ltrs drinking water in a reusable bottle (no plastics allowed)
