➡️ Per Ticket = Per Person – The number of “tickets” you select represents the number of people in your booking.
➡️ Adult Ticket Cost = Per Adult Rate on Double Occupancy Basis – The price shown per adult ticket is calculated assuming two adults sharing a room.
Terms & Conditions:
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM; Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Early check in and/or late check out will be subject to availability on the day of arrival/departure, and may incur additional charges (payable at the hotel – please check directly with the hotel for the same).
• Photo ID (Aadhaar/valid passport/driving license) is mandatory for all guests checking in (including children aged 12 years and above).
• Rooms will be subject to availability at the resort.
• Long Weekend Supplement will be applicable in case stay falls during those dates.
• Rates are inclusive of meals as per the plan selected.
• Rates are all inclusive for 3 nights & 4 days.
• Standard Occupancy for the One Bedroom Executive Suite is 2 guests/Standard Occupancy for the Two Bedroom Executive Suite is 4 guests.
• Please note that the booking rates are fixed regardless of actual occupancy, if it is within the standard occupancy for the suite type selected as mentioned above.
• Outside guests are not permitted in rooms. Please meet them in our public areas: Lobby or Restaurant.
• Flammable, explosive, or foul-smelling materials are strictly forbidden anywhere in the hotel.
• Washing or drying clothes in rooms is not allowed. Please use the hotel cleaning service.
• Outside food, drinks, or external catering are not permitted in rooms or hotel areas for sanitary reasons.
• Please close the door when leaving. You may keep the room card during your stay, but return it at check-out.
• Cooking or preparing food in the room is strictly prohibited.
• The hotel cannot guarantee the safety of valuables, money, or documents unless stored in the room safe with a personal password.
• Please avoid noise that disturbs other guests, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Immediately inform reception of any room defects, faults, or service dissatisfaction.
• Please keep all equipment and furniture safe. Intentional damage during your stay will be charged.
• Before leaving your room, please ensure the bathroom tap is closed.
• Do not enter public areas inappropriately dressed (e.g., pyjamas, underwear, swimwear). Walking barefoot or in slippers in public areas is also not allowed.
• Appropriate attire is required when visiting our restaurants.
• Pets are not allowed in the resort.
• Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) is for in-room use only and must not be taken out.
• Rooms left uninhabitable (lingering smells, excessive mess, vandalism) will incur charges/replacement costs.
Additional Costs: You will be responsible for paying the following extra charges:
• Any new government taxes or fees.
• Personal expenses at the hotel, such as laundry, phone calls, minibar drinks, room service, and alcoholic beverages.
• Any service not specifically listed as included in your package.
• Payments for these extra services must be made directly to the hotel before you check out.
• Any costs resulting from unforeseen events like medical emergencies, flight cancellations or changes, lockdowns, bad weather, or political unrest.
• Additional surcharges that may apply during long weekends and public holidays.
