Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to all our guests, please review our cancellation terms below:
For Cruises & Kayaking Experiences
1. Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
2. Partial Refund:
Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the scheduled trip will be eligible for a 50% refund.
3. No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip, or in case of a no-show, will not be eligible for any refund.
4. Rescheduling:
Subject to availability, guests may reschedule once without additional charges if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Operator Cancellations (Weather / Safety / Technical Issues):
In the unlikely event that SVS Chapora Cruise & Kayaking must cancel a trip, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
