Free Cancellation : Cancel 24 hrs+ before for a full refund | No Refund : No refunds if cancelled within 24 hrs or for no-shows | Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations

•   Book 24 hours in advance and secure instant confirmation.

•   In case of poor weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule (subject to availability). Guests will receive a full refund in case rescheduling is not possible.

Description

Duration of activity : 1 hr (60 mins) - 15 mins training and 45 mins riding experience

Frequency : Everyday (during summer and winter months only)

Time Slots : 07:30 AM – 10:00 AM / 04:00 PM – 07:00 PM (Morning and Evenings only)

Mode of Transport : By personal vehicle / hired taxi to the meeting point

Notes : 

•   Please reach the meeting point a little early for a smooth briefing and start

•   Rides do not happen in the afternoons as it it will be too hot for the rider and the horse.

•   Group rides can be booked with 3 pax max.

Important Information

📌Essentials

•   Best time: November to March (operational only during mornings and evenings and dependent on weather conditions)

•   Children must have parental supervision at all times

•   Suitable for children of 6 yrs and older

•   Weight limit for riders is 75 kgs or less (mandatory)

🎒Pack

•   Wear comfortable clothing and footwear (pointed leather shoes)

•   Shorts or swimwear 

•   Carry cap, sunscreen, sunglasses, and towel

•   Reusable water bottle (no plastics)

•   Digital camera/ phone

•   Waterproof phone/ camera pouch

⚠️Safety

•   Horse health and fitness is mandatory before every ride.

•   Rider weight limits must be followed.

•   Intoxicated guests are strictly not allowed.

•   Activities depend on weather, tide, and forest safety conditions.

•   Guests must follow instructor guidelines at all times.

⚠️Safety & Participation Policy

The Activity Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation if the guest violates safety rules, exceeds rider weight limits, is under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or if horse health, weather, tide, or forest conditions make the activity unsafe. Such cancellations shall not be treated as vendor default and no refund will be applicable in such cases.
