Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation : If booking was made more than 48 hrs before start time but cancelled within 24 hrs, this condition will apply.
Full Refund will be made in case of the following:
• If you cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts.
• If you cancel up to 7 days in advance, for group bookings of 15 or more.
• If we cancel the experience from our end.
No Refund if you are more than 30 minutes late or do not show up for the experience.
Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations.

Important Information
📌Essentials
• Best time: Throughout the year (weather permitting)
• Consumption of alcohol during the experience is prohibited
• Littering is strictly prohibited and one should avoid carrying disposables of any kind
🎒Pack
• Wear comfortable clothing (long sleeves and long pants preferable) and proper walking footwear (closed – no sandals or flipflops)
• Carry hat/ sunscreen, mosquito repllent, a mask, and 2 ltrs of water in a reusable water bottle (no disposables)
• Carry digital camera/ phone with waterproof pouch
• Carry a pair of binoculars (if you have them)
• Carry umbrella/raincoat/rain jacket (during monsoons)
• Carry a small bag for essentials
