Important Notes : 

•   Please be ready on time for pick up to prevent a delay in the tour

•   No shorts or sleeveless T-shirts for men or women inside churches and temples

•   No short skirts, short dresses, or see-through outfits

•   Shoulders and knees must remain covered at religious sites

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour at all heritage sites, churches, temples, and residential areas visited during the tour. The activity provider reserves the right to refuse participation in case of inappropriate conduct or non-compliance with guidelines. Such restrictions will not be considered vendor default and no refunds will be applicable.

Statutory Weather Warning:

Due to current weather conditions and official advisories, adverse weather such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds may affect certain guest experiences.

For heritage walks and cycling tours (e.g., historical tours, city walking tours, monument trails), these outdoor experiences are particularly vulnerable to adverse weather and may be suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled for guest safety and preservation of the experience quality.

In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, customers will be offered an alternative time slot or date; or a full refund as per Vendor's discretion and weather cancellation policy. We strongly advise all guests to check weather updates and reconfirm their activity slots before travel.
