Join our Group Bioluminescent Trails and step into Goa's nature trails after dark. You will witness bioluminescence firsthand—soft, glowing patches on the forest floor created by fungi. Unlike regular forest treks in Goa, these night walks reveal a hidden, glowing world under the canopy. No fancy gear needed. Just curiosity and a torch. You will leave wondering how nature pulls off such a quiet, dazzling magic.

Itineraries

•   6:00 PM – Meet at Mollem : Gather across from the HP Petrol Pump in Mollem. The exact spot will be shared with you beforehand.

•   Drive to the Trailhead : From the meeting point, it’s a 5 km guided drive deeper into the forest.

•   Night Walk Begins : Start your guided 1.5 km (one way) night walk through Goa’s quiet jungle.

•   Observe & Experience : Along the way, spot different fungi and learn how they live. Then, witness the glow of bioluminescence lighting up the forest.

•   09:00 PM - Return & Wrap-Up : The trail loops back naturally. You will finish the walk feeling calm and refreshed.

Mode of Transport : By personal Vehicle/ Hired taxi to the starting point/ On foot on the trail (travel by road takes approx. 56 kms from Panaji, 50 km from Margao, 60 km from Vasco-to the starting point)

Important Information

📌Essentials

•   Best time to visit : June to September (weather permitting)

•   Don’t forget your camera or phone for photos (no flash photography)

•   No consumption of alcohol before or during the trail

•   Children below 18 yrs must be accompanied by an adult

•   Suitable for all age groups

•   Wear long-sleeved shirts with long pants with comfortable, sturdy, closed walking/ trekking shoes
