Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation : Cancel 14 days+ for a full refund (minus 3% fee) | No Refund : No refunds if cancelled within 14 days or for late arrivals or no-shows (in such cases the booking will be treated as utilised) | Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations.

Rescheduling : Allowed up to 14 days prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability so please check before attempting to reschedule.

Operator Cancellations (Weather / Safety / Technical Issues) : The activity operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the experience due to weather conditions or safety-related directives. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a substitute experience

Description

Duration of activity : 8 hrs (480 mins) spread over 2-3 days depending on learner’s choice

Frequency : Everyday between 09:30 AM – 05:30 PM (subject to weather and sea conditions)

Age group : 16 yrs and up

Mode of Transport : By personal vehicle / hired taxi to Grand Hyatt Goa 

No fixed batches; flexible scheduling available

Location : Sailing centre at Grand Hyatt in Bambolim (boats docked at the waterfront)

•   All participants must complete the medical form provided prior to sailing
