Safety & Participation Policy

The activity provider reserves the right to cancel or refuse participation in case of unsafe weather conditions, non-compliance with safety instructions, or if guests are found under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Dolphin sightings and swimming stops are subject to natural and sea conditions. Such cancellations will not be considered vendor default, and no refunds will be applicable in such cases.
