Itineraries

For the ATV ride

•   Arrival & registration at the chosen time slot

•   10-min safety briefing, signed disclaimer, helmet and double-seater ATV gear-up

•   40-min ride from tarred road to off-road jungle trail, past a lake and through the forest, returning to start

Once you’re done, head to the meeting point in Valpoi to begin your exhilarating white-water rafting experience.

•   Check-in at Valpoi base location (arrive 30 mins before slot)

•   Off-road jeep transfer through forest trails to launch point (15–30 mins)

•   Short downhill trek to riverbank (10–15 mins), followed by safety orientation and equipment distribution

•   10 km river run with 3–4 significant rapids, totalling 3–4 hours on the water

•   Minivan transfer back to Valpoi meeting point

Mode of Transport : Personal vehicle/hired taxi to ATV riding zone in Bicholim and White-water rafting experience meeting point in Valpoi (location pins will be shared before the experience)

Age Restriction : 12 yrs for both experiences (must be accompanied by an adult and sign a safety disclaimer)

Minimum Group Size : 2 pax (for white-water rafting)

Maximum Group Size : 15 pax (for white-water rafting)

Minimum Height Requirement : 4 ft for children | adults must be at least 5 ft (for white-water rafting)

Fitness : Moderate level of fitness required (for white-water rafting)

•   Swimming knowledge or skill is not necessary as life-jackets will be provided for this experience.

Important Information

📌Essentials

•   Best time: July – September for ATV rides and white-water rafting (based on water conditions)

•   Rafting conducted only a few times each season depending on ideal water levels

•   Suitable for all ages, however safety disclaimer must be signed (for ATV)

•   Must be fit for this kind of activity (for white-water rafting)

•   Guests must arrive at the white-water rafting meeting point at least 30 minutes before trip time

•   15–30 min jeep ride to the rafting start point

•   Minimum 2 participants to book; groups combined to meet 5–6 persons per raft

•   Please carry a copy of your booking confirmation/receipt (hard copy or on mobile)

•   Strictly no alcohol before the trip – an indemnity bond must be signed confirming you are not under its influence (for white-water rafting)

🎒Pack

•   Wear comfortable, fitting clothing and secure footwear for white-water rafting (slippers are neither advised nor allowed)

•   Long hair must be tied up and secured properly

•   Loose or baggy clothing, saris, or veils are not allowed due to safety concerns

•   Wear sunscreen (SPF 35+), sunglasses, cap/hat

•   Quick-drying clothing and swimwear/swimsuit underneath (for white-water rafting)

•   Carry water in a reusable bottle and a towel

•   Digital camera / mobile phone with a waterproof phone case/pouch

•   Carry extra cash for optional add-ons like meals, video recordings, or other activities beyond rafting
