Cancellation Policy

In case client cancels:

Partial Refund : Cancel 24 hrs+ for a 75% refund | Cancel within 24 hrs and get a 50% refund | No Refund : No refunds if cancelled after 24 hrs or for no-shows | Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations

In case the operator cancels:

Customer will get a full refund including 5% GST

Important Notes : 

•   Book 24 hours in advance and secure confirmation.

•   For any client cancellation, 5% GST will be deducted on the full amount paid, in addition to the above cancellation deductions.

Frequency : Everyday from 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM (treks operate everyday in case of private group bookings)

Distance : 4-5 km hike

Mode of Transport : Personal vehicle / Hired taxi to the starting point/ On foot during the trek

Fitness Requirement : Should be comfortable walking continuously and be able to climb 4 flights of stairs without a break

Important Information

📌Essentials

•   Best time: Throughout the year (weather permitting)

•   Suitable for individuals aged 6 and above.

•   Participants should have a moderate physical fitness level

•   Parents must supervise children at all times and ensure that they don’t wander off

•   Trek is not pet-friendly

🎒Pack

•   Wear comfortable clothing (t-shirt and long pants) and sturdy footwear (suitable for trekking)

•   Swimwear (optional)

•   Carry cap, sunscreen, and sunglasses

•   Change of clothes (can be kept in car to change after trek)

•   Carry 2 litres of water in a reusable water bottle (no plastics or disposables)

•   Rain gear (in monsoons)

•   Personal medications, snacks/light lunch, and fruits  

•   Digital camera/ phone in a waterproof case/ pouch

•   Ocean Access: Entering the ocean is not part of the trek and is at your own risk.

•   The route is weather-dependent, and trek leaders may alter or cancel based on conditions.

Statutory Weather Warning :

Due to current weather conditions, adverse weather such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds may affect certain guest experiences. Nature hikes and adventure sports come with inherent risk. For your safety, trails may be suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled without notice. Our trek leaders have the final say—they can alter routes, shorten treks, or cancel entirely. In very heavy rains or rising water levels, we may modify or reschedule the trek.

If cancelled due to weather, guests will be offered an alternative slot, date, or full refund per the vendor's discretion and policy. We strongly advise checking weather updates before travel.
