Free Cancellation : Cancel 14 days+ for a full refund (minus 3% fee) | No Refund : No refunds if cancelled within 14 days or for no-shows | Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations.

Rescheduling : Allowed up to 14 days prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability so please check before attempting to reschedule.

Operator Cancellations (Weather / Safety / Technical Issues) : The activity operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the experience due to weather conditions or safety-related directives. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a substitute experience
