• Quiet hours: 10 PM with headphones for audio.
• No food in dorms.
• Strictly no substances.
• Maintain cleanliness: clean your mat, dishes, and spaces.
• 90% minimum attendance required.
• Disrespect or violations may result in removal.
• Inform us of media or adjustment preferences.
• No outside visitors.
• Respect the sacred shala space.
