    Cancellation & Refund Policy:

      To receive a full refund of your deposit, kindly notify us at least 10 days before your scheduled booking. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations made within 10 days of the booking date.

    • Weather-Related Cancellations:
      In case of a government-issued weather warning (heavy rains or storms), Fun Cruises Goa reserves the right to:

      • Offer the option to reschedule your ride.
      • Provide a full refund of your advance payment.

    • Rainy Weather Policy:
      If heavy rainfall occurs during your scheduled ride, we may suggest rescheduling for a better experience. No additional charges will apply for rescheduling due to weather conditions.

    • Technical Cancellations:
      In case of technical issues leading to a cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

    • Refund Processing:
      Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for booking. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
