Bhagwan Mahavir or the Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary are rich in avian biodiversity. The forest type is dense semi evergreen with tall primary forest as well as riparian forest. Most of the Western Ghats endemic birds like Sri Lanka Frogmouth, Flame throated Bulbul, Grey-headed Bulbul, Malabar Parakeet are found in these areas. Our trained and experienced naturalists will be happy to help you with the locations and identifying species.
Highlights

Activity Highlights:

  1. Carry binoculars, a hat, sunscreen, and wear comfortable shoes for walking.
  2. Keep a safe distance from birds and avoid making loud noises that could disturb their habitat.
  3. Stick with the guide and remain quiet to enhance the experience.
  4. Avoid wearing bright-colored clothes to blend with the natural surroundings.

Dos:

  1. Remain silent and listen to the sounds of the jungle—no loud talking or music allowed.
  2. Leave only footprints and take nothing from the jungle.
  3. Be responsible and respect the jungle by following the guide/naturalist’s instructions.
  4. Avoid wearing strong perfumes when heading into the jungle.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Between 30-16 days before check-in: 25% retention of the total billing amount.
  • Between 15-8 days before check-in: 50% retention of the total billing amount.
  • Within 7 days before check-in: 100% of the total billing amount.

Any delay or cancellation of the activity booking due to flight cancellations or other transport issues arising from bad weather or other natural causes will be subject to the cancellation charges mentioned above. The tariffs or packages may be revised or suspended at any time, and any advance payments may be refunded accordingly.
