2. Can I go if I am pregnant?
For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate. We look forward to welcoming you back next year!

3. Can I go if I have suffered spinal, back, or neck injuries in the past?
The catamaran ride can be bumpy at times, so if you have a history of spinal, back, or neck injuries, it is advisable to refrain from participating for your safety.

4. Can I take my camera or phone with me?
You are welcome to bring a camera or phone at your own discretion, but please consider the water risks. Disposable cameras and waterproof phones are recommended for safety.

5. Can a couple go together on the catamaran?
Yes, couples are welcome! You will be accompanied by our instructor to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

    • Bathing Suits are ideal, but shorts and T-shirts are also fine. Anything suitable for beach wear will work.

    Cancellation Policy

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Full refund if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the start of the activity.
    • Full refund – if cancellation is done more than 96 hours before the start of the Activity for House-boat , yacht and group bookings (10 pax and above)
    • No refund of booking amount for the activity if cancellation is made less than 48 hours of the start of the activity.

    • Refunds will be made as per original mode of payment made at the time of booking.
    • Refunds for Credit/debit card and Online bookings will take approximately 5 to 7 working days.
    • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.

    Refund Policy:

      • In case we cancel any of the event, we will make 100% refund provided the booking is done on our website. In case if the booking is done on any aggregator website, we request you to request the refund to the respective company.
      • If you cancel the tour/activity, please reach out to us to leaving the money with us for the next event or request the refund as per the Cancellation policy above.
