1. Entry of one person is allowed per valid ticket.
2. A ticket once sold cannot be altered or cancelled.
3. A single patron can access a session with an individual voucher.
4. Patrons can enter only once with an entry ticket. Once the patron leaves the premises, the ticket becomes invalid.
5. In case of loss or theft of tickets, Snowpark shall not refund, replace, or redeem the tickets for cash. Altered tickets shall not be accepted at the entry counter of Snow park Goa.
6. In case Snow park Goa closes due to technical issues, the ticket costs shall not be refunded or discounted.
