Our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training (TTC) is an intensive, advanced course designed for experienced yoga practitioners who wish to deepen their practice and elevate their teaching skills. Highlights
  • Yoga Mat: Bring your own mat for personal use during training. If needed, a mat will be provided.
  • Comfortable Attire: Loose-fitting clothes suitable for yoga. White attire is required for ceremonies.
  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated with a refillable water bottle.
  • Writing Materials: Bring a notebook and pen for lectures.
  • Personal Essentials: Toiletries, towels, a light jacket/shawl, dry-fit clothes, flashlight, mosquito repellent, international adapter, vitamins, medication, earbuds, and small towels for yoga practice.

Rules & Regulations:

  1. Quiet Hours: Lights out by 10 PM and no noise afterward to maintain a peaceful environment.
  2. Use Bluetooth/Headphones: For music or audio, use Bluetooth speakers or headphones to avoid disturbing others.
  3. Eating: Eating inside dormitories is not allowed.
  4. Substance-Free Zone: Smoking, drinking, and any substance use are strictly prohibited.
  5. Respectful Behavior: Misbehavior or disrespect will lead to immediate removal from the retreat.
  6. Belongings: Please take responsibility for your belongings; the team is not responsible for lost items.
  7. Cleanliness: Keep washrooms and shared spaces clean. Clean your yoga mat after each class.
  8. Food Policy: Self-service meals—please wash your dishes after use. No food waste.
  9. Content Consent: Inform us in advance if you're uncomfortable with photos or videos being taken.
  10. Physical Adjustments: Let us know if you're not comfortable with hands-on adjustments during practice.
  11. No Outsiders: Only residents are allowed on the premises. Refrain from engaging with outsiders.
  12. Attendance Requirement: 90% attendance is mandatory, except in case of illness.
  13. No Discussions on Substances: Conversations about alcohol, drugs, or any substances are prohibited.
  14. Curfew: If you go outside, please return by 10:30 PM.
  15. Dietary Requirements: Only vegetarian food is served. Please inform us of any dietary needs (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free) so we can accommodate them.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Participant

    • 45 days or more before the start date: Full refund, minus transaction fees.
    • Within 45 days of the start date: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
    • Within 30 days of the start date: No refunds will be issued.
  2. Cancellation by Shiva Yoga

    • In the unlikely event that Shiva Yoga cancels the retreat or TTC due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all fees paid will be provided.
    • Shiva Yoga reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat or TTC based on minimum participant requirements or other logistical considerations.
  3. Refund Processing

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  4. Non-Refundable Deposit

    • All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your spot.
    • If you cancel, the deposit will not be refunded but may be transferred to a future retreat or TTC within one year, subject to availability.
