Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellations of the booking must be made at least 48 hours before the actual time of accessing the booking in order to claim a refund of the paid amount.

No refund will be made once the 48-hour window has passed. The refund will be processed through an online payment method and may take up to 15 working days.

If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact your bank.

Cancellation Process: Cancellations should be made by email with the subject line "Cancellation Request" sent to the designated email address. The email should include the following details:

• Booking ID
• Cancellation reason
• Refund account details

Refund Conditions:

• Refunds will be issued if the booking is canceled.
• If the booking was not delivered to the recipient (except in cases of undeliverable recipients).
• In cases where there is a complaint about the quality of services, an inquiry will be conducted. If the complaint is found to be valid, a full refund will be issued.

A refund may only be requested in the event of a service failure. The team will evaluate whether the booking qualifies for a refund, and the decision of management will be final.

The refund amount will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer, and no claims for loss or additional damages beyond the paid amount will be entertained. In the case of cancellation, a 50% charge will apply.

Discounted or exempted amounts are not eligible for a refund.

Any extra amount credited to the account may be considered for booking enhancement but will not be refundable.

In all matters concerning cancellation and refunds, the decision will be made by the relevant authority.
