- Any service canceled at least 24 hours prior to the journey will get a full refund after deducting the bank transaction fees of 5% on UPI Payment and 7% on Net banking/Card Payment which will be issued between 5 to 7 business days after the cancellations have been placed.
- Any other transaction charges of GTDC may be added to the cancellation policy.
- Cancellations within the same day of service will get no refund.
