- Leave No Trace: Only leave footprints behind. Avoid leaving any personal items in the jungle, and refrain from taking anything with you.
- Respect Nature: Be responsible, respect the jungle, and follow the guide or naturalist's instructions at all times.
- Avoid Strong Scents: Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes while venturing into the jungle.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- 30-16 days prior to check-in: 25% retention of the total billing amount.
- 15-8 days prior to check-in: 50% retention of the total billing amount.
- Within 7 days of check-in: 100% retention of the total billing amount.
Please note, any delays or cancellations of activity bookings due to flight cancellations or other transport issues arising from bad weather or other natural causes will be subject to the cancellation charges as stated above.
