- Ocean Access: Swimming or entering the ocean is not part of this trek and is at your own risk.

- Safety: Weather conditions may affect the route; decisions may be made to adjust or cancel the trek for safety.

- Rain gear, sunscreen, sunglasses, cap/hat  

- Personal medications, light snacks, and fruits  

- Trekking clothes (long trousers, t-shirt)
