Due to current weather conditions and official advisories, Activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, boat rides, kayaking, and cruises may be suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled during periods of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or rough sea conditions.
In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, customers will be offered: An alternative time slot or date. Or a full refund as per Vendor's desecration on weather cancellation policy. We strongly advise all guests to check weather updates and reconfirm their activity slots before travel

Itineraries
Enjoy a 1-hour private yacht experience between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM – with 1 hour of cruising and 1 hour of anchorage (where the yacht is parked in the water).
Choose your preferred time slot – off-peak (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) or peak hours (4:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the date of travel will not incur any cancellation charges.

Cancellations made between 7 to 15 days before the date of travel will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, union strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such situations, alternate feasible options will be provided, but cash refunds will not be issued.
