Cancellation Policy
In case client cancels:
Partial Refund : Cancel 24 hrs+ for a 75% refund | Cancel within 24 hrs and get a 50% refund | No Refund : No refunds if cancelled after 24 hrs or for no-shows | Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations
In case the operator cancels:
Customer will get a full refund including 5% GST
Important Notes :
• Book 24 hours in advance and secure confirmation.
• For any client cancellation, 5% GST will be deducted on the full amount paid, in addition to the above cancellation deductions.

📌Essentials
• Best time: Throughout the year (weather permitting)
• Suitable for individuals aged 6 and above.
• Participants should have a moderate physical fitness level
• Parents must supervise children at all times and ensure that they don’t wander off

• Wear comfortable clothing (t-shirt and long pants) and sturdy footwear (suitable for trekking)
• Carry cap, sunscreen, and sunglasses
• Change of clothes (can be kept in car to change after trek)
• Carry 2 litres of water in a reusable water bottle (no plastics or disposables)
• Rain gear (during monsoon)
• Personal medications, snacks/light lunch, and fruits
• Digital camera/ phone with waterproof case/ pouch

If cancelled due to weather, guests will be offered an alternative slot, date, or full refund per the vendor's discretion and policy. We strongly advise checking weather updates before travel.
