● Meals
or snacks are not provided, so please carry your own.
● Drinking
water or any beverages are not included; ensure you bring enough.

to and from Collem is not arranged and must be managed on your own.

Age & Fitness Requirements
● Minimum age: 15 years (below 18 must be with an adult)
● Basic fitness required for a 20 km trek
● Should be comfortable with long walks and mild river crossings
● Wear long sleeves and full-length track pants to protect against insect bites, scratches, and sun exposure.
● Comfortable trekking shoes are essential for grip and support on forest trails. (Crocs are optional but not ideal for long treks.)
● Carry an extra set of clothes in case you get wet during stream crossings or rain.
● Bring a light rain jacket, especially during monsoons, to stay dry and comfortable.
● Use a cap or hat for protection from the sun during open stretches.
Itineraries
Step 1 : Arrive at Collem Village by 7:30 AM sharp for registration and meeting the trek leaderStep 2 : Attend a briefing session and collect your forest entry permits.
Step 3 : Begin the 10 km forest trek towards Dudhsagar Waterfall with your guide.
Step 4 : Take short breaks at scenic forest spots and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Step 5 : Reach the Dudhsagar viewpoint, rest, explore, and take photos.
Step 6 : Start the return trek back to Collem (10 km).
Step 7 : Reach Collem by around 3:00 PM, marking the end of the experience.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund (small payment processing fee will be charged)
❌ No Refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity or no-shows on the day of the activity are non-refundable.
💳 Processing Fee
All cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee based on the total amount paid at the time of booking.
Statutory Weather Warning:
Due to current weather conditions and official advisories, certain activities such as scuba diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, boat rides, kayaking, and cruises may be suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled during periods of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or rough sea conditions.
In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, customers will be offered an alternative time slot or date; or a full refund as per Vendor's discretion and weather cancellation policy. We strongly advise all guests to check weather updates and reconfirm their activity slots before travel.
