Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 1 to 2 days before the event: 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellations made 5 to 6 days before the event: The full amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 1 day before the event: No refund will be provided.

Statuary Weather Warning: for Water-Based Activities

Due to current weather conditions and official advisories, Some Activities May rescheduled, or cancelled during periods of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or rough sea conditions.

In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, customers will be offered: An alternative time slot or date. Or a full refund as per Vendor's desecration on weather cancellation policy. We strongly advise all guests to check weather updates and reconfirm their activity slots before travel
