For heritage walks, cycling tours, and nature trails (e.g., historical tours, city walking tours, monument trails), these outdoor experiences are particularly vulnerable to adverse weather and may be suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled for guest safety and preservation of the experience quality.

In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, customers will be offered an alternative time slot or date; or a full refund as per Vendor's discretion and weather cancellation policy. We strongly advise all guests to check weather updates and reconfirm their activity slots before travel.
