Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation : If booking was made more than 48 hrs before start time but cancelled within 24 hrs, this condition will apply.

Full Refunds will be made in case of the following:

•   If you cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts.

•   If you cancel up to 7 days in advance, for group bookings of 15 or more.

•   If we cancel the experience from our end.

No Refund if you are more than 30 minutes late or do not show up for the experience.

Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations.

Important Information

📌Essentials

•   Best time: Throughout the year (weather permitting)

•   Ensure you have a vehicle to travel in while on tour. (This experience requires driving from one place to another)

•   Consumption of alcohol during the experience is prohibited

•   Littering is strictly prohibited and one should avoid carrying disposables of any kind

🎒Pack

•   Wear comfortable clothing and proper walking footwear, carry hat/ sunscreen, mosquito repllent, a mask, and a reusable water bottle

•   Carry digital camera/ phone with waterproof pouch

•   Carry umbrella/raincoat/rain jacket (during monsoons)

•   Do not wander off on your own while on the tour

Statutory Weather Warning :

Due to current weather conditions and official advisories, certain activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, boat rides, kayaking, cruises, sightseeing tours, heritage walks, cycling tours may be suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled during periods of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other adverse weather conditions.

In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, customers will be offered an alternative time slot or date; or a full refund as per Vendor’s discretion and weather cancellation policy. We strongly advise all guests to check weather updates and reconfirm their activity slots before travel.
