Free Cancellation : Cancel 48 hrs+ for a full refund | No Refund : No refunds if cancelled within 48 hrs or for no-shows | Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations

•   In case of unsafe weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or reschedule. Guests will receive a full refund or the option to rebook (subject to availability).

•   Cancellations from customer side must be made via email or WhatsApp to official contact channels.

Mode of Transport : By personal vehicle / Hired taxi to the starting point

Skill Level : Beginner-friendly. No prior experience is required

Important Information

📌Essentials

•   Best time to visit : November to April (weather permitting)

•   No playing of music, loud noise or forest destruction

•   No alcohol, drugs, banned/illegal substances

•   Strictly adhere to timings

•   Please be on time to have the best experience

•   Don’t forget your camera or phone for photos

•   Children below 18 yrs must be accompanied by an adult

•   Suitable for all age groups 

🎒Pack

•   Wear light, preferably dri-fit - long sleeve T-shirt, long trousers, comfortable walking shoes and long socks 

•   Carry a cap, sunglasses, sunscreen & insect repellent

•   Carry a towel & a change of clothes 

•   Personal medication (if required)

•   Carry 2 ltrs drinking water in a reusable bottle (no plastics allowed)

•   No wandering anywhere on your own

Statutory Weather Warning :

Due to current weather conditions and official advisories, adverse weather such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds may affect certain guest experiences.

For an activity such as an adventure expedition with water activities, these outdoor experiences are particularly vulnerable to adverse weather and may be suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled for guest safety and preservation of the experience quality.

In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, customers will be offered an alternative time slot or date; or a full refund as per Vendor's discretion and weather cancellation policy. We strongly advise all guests to check weather updates and reconfirm their activity slots before travel.
