Important Information

📌Essentials

•   Best time: November – March

•   Please arrive 30 minutes earlier than the departure time at the boarding point.

•   The cruise is appropriate for all ages.

•   Children must be supervised at all times.

•   Wear comfortable clothing, carry hat/ sunscreen and a reusable water bottle.

•   Digital camera/ phone with waterproof case.

•   Wear flat, non-slip footwear to avoid having a fall.

•   Life jackets are provided for all passengers.

•   Crew demonstrates their use before departure.

•   Boats are inspected and certified for passenger safety.

•   Fire extinguishers and emergency equipment are available on board.

•   Guests must follow crew instructions at all times.

•   No leaning over railings or entering restricted areas.

•   Onboard staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures.

•   The captain and crew are licensed by the relevant maritime authority.

•   Swimming in the river from the boat is prohibited.

Statutory Weather Warning :

Due to current weather conditions and official advisories, certain activities such as scuba diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, boat rides, kayaking, and cruises may be suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled during periods of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or rough sea conditions.

In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, customers will be offered an alternative time slot or date; or a full refund as per Vendor's discretion and weather cancellation policy. We strongly advise all guests to check weather updates and reconfirm their activity slots before travel.
