Partial Refund : Cancel 7 days+ for an 80% refund of the base ticket price (minus 3% fee) or request for reschedule (free of charge) which will be subject to availability | No Refund : No refunds if cancelled within 7 days or for no-shows | Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations

Operator-Initiated Cancellations (Weather / Operational Reasons)

Your safety is our priority. The operator may cancel the cruise due to factors beyond control, including but not limited to:

•   Inclement weather (cyclones, heavy rains, monsoons)

•   Floods

•   Pandemics or health advisories

•   Strikes

•   Government/security directives

•   Technical or operational issues with the vessel

In such cases:

You will be informed immediately using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

You will be offered one of the following options:

•   Full rescheduling of your booking to any available date, OR

•   A 100% credit voucher valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Refunds are generally not provided for operational cancellations; the resolution will be via rescheduling or a credit voucher.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

•   The boat departs strictly on time.

•   Guests arriving late and missing the departure are treated as No-Shows.

•   No refund or rescheduling will be offered for No-Shows.

Mode of Transport : By personal vehicle / Hired taxi to COP Floating Jetty - Panjim (Next to Panjim ferry ramp)

Important Note : Guests must arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding.
