Cancellations made 10 days or more before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund (small payment processing fee will be charged)
❌ No Refund
Cancellations made within 10 days of the activity or no-shows on the day of the activity are non-refundable.
💳 Processing Fee
All cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee based on the total amount paid at the time of booking.
