Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience/ walk, 100% refund will be provided.
For any cancellations requested between 48 to 24 hours before the scheduled experience/ walk, 50% refund will be provided.
For any cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled experience/ walk, no refund will be provided.
All refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 working days from the date of cancellation.
