1. Cancellation by Customers
- No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the experience date.
2. Cancellation by Vendors
- If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
