An immersive evening of strength, flow, and reflective movement as the sun sets.
Sundays
Aerial & Mudgar Fusion - 09:00 AM – 10:30 AM (1 hr 30 mins)
Elevate and strengthen with a playful aerial flow and grounding mudgar practice.
Breathwork & Ice Plunge - 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM (1 hr 30 mins)
Cleanse and reset with guided pranayama and invigorating cold therapy.
Sattvik Lunch - 12:30 PM
Nourish body and mind with a wholesome plant-based meal.
