Praça Prazeres is the new European restaurant from chef Ralph Prazeres and his wife Stacy Gracias. It opened in early 2024 in Panjim's São Tomé neighbourhood. The space is a restored old house with a live kitchen on the ground floor and an intimate attic bar upstairs. The menu draws on classical French and European cooking, executed with simplicity and bold flavor.
