Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation : If booking was made more than 48 hrs before start time but cancelled within 24 hrs, this condition will apply.

Full Refund will be made in case of the following:

•   If you cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts.

•   If you cancel up to 7 days in advance, for group bookings of 15 or more.

•   If we cancel the experience from our end.

No Refund if you are more than 30 minutes late or do not show up for the experience.

Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations.

•   Suitable for all age groups.

•   Children from age 5 and up are encouraged to visit. However, all children must have adult supervision at all times.

•   Please take care of personal belongings at all times.

•   Touching artworks is strictly prohibited to preserve the integrity of the artworks and ensure a lasting experience for all visitors.

•   Come with an open mind, as the museum blends art, history, and storytelling in creative ways

•   Take your time observing the artworks, as many pieces hold layered meanings and cultural references

•   Feel free to ask your storyteller questions to deepen your understanding

•   Stay a little longer after the tour to relax at the Art Café or sculpture garden and absorb the creative atmosphere

•   Littering is strictly prohibited and one should avoid carrying disposables of any kind

•   Consumption of alcohol during the experience is prohibited

•   Guests are requested to maintain decorum and follow museum guidelines

•   Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside gallery spaces

🎒Pack

•   Wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking since the space spans multiple floors and indoor–outdoor areas. 

•   Carry 2 ltrs drinking water in a reusable water bottle (no disposables). 

•   Digital camera/ phone (Photography and videography is allowed for personal use, so you can capture the beauty of the exhibits.)

•   Carry a small bag for personal essentials
