Itineraries

•   Check-in: Arrive at the sailing lounge at Grand Hyatt Goa, Bambolim. Choose a 2 full-day or 3 half-day schedule.

•   Orientation: Start with a safety briefing and course overview from your instructor.

•   Fundamentals: Learn board handling, sail control, balance, and essential theory on land and water.

•   Safety Training: Understand key seamanship rules and receive course materials.

•   Practical Rigging: Practice rigging, launching, sailing, and recovering the equipment.

•   Guided Practice: Refine your skills with structured water sessions and direct instructor feedback.

•   Lunch Break: Enjoy an included lunch at the Grand Hyatt.

•   Completion: Finish the course able to windsurf independently and receive your certification.

Equipment : Beginner-friendly windsurfing gear from top international brands.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation : Cancel 14 days+ for a full refund (minus 3% fee) | No Refund : No refunds if cancelled within 14 days or for late arrivals or no-shows (in such cases the booking will be treated as utilised) | Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations.

Rescheduling : Allowed up to 1 day prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability so please check before attempting to reschedule.

Operator Cancellations (Weather / Safety / Technical Issues) : The activity operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the experience due to weather conditions or safety-related directives. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a substitute experience. If postponement to an alternative date is not possible or feasible for the guest, a full refund will be processed.

Duration of activity : 8 hrs (480 mins) spread over 2-3 days depending on learner's choice

Frequency : Everyday between 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM (subject to weather and sea conditions)

Minimum Age : 14 yrs 

Student–Instructor Ratio : 1:4

Batch System : No fixed batches; flexible scheduling available

Location : Inside Grand Hyatt Goa (boats and boards stationed at the waterfront)

Mode of Transport : By personal vehicle / hired taxi to Grand Hyatt Goa

•   All participants must complete the medical form provided prior to sailing
