A full refund will be provided only if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of the experience.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the experience due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, public disturbances, transport failures, adverse weather, etc.).
If rescheduling is not possible or does not work for you, a full refund will be issued
