Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation : If booking was made more than 48 hrs before start time but cancelled within 24 hrs, this condition will apply.

Full Refund will be made in case of the following:

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts.

• If you cancel up to 7 days in advance, for group bookings of 15 or more.

• If we cancel the experience from our end.

No Refund if you are more than 30 minutes late or do not show up for the experience.

Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations.

Description

Duration of tour : 2  - 2.5 hrs (150 mins approx.) 

Tour Timings : Everyday between 08:30 AM and 07:00 PM

Mode of Transport : By personal vehicle/ hired taxi to starting point

•   This is a slow-paced, nature-focused exploration designed for relaxed observation

•   The electric buggy is used for trail movement with short walks at select points

•   Wildlife sightings depend on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed

Important Information

📌Essentials

• Best time: Throughout the year (weather permitting)

• Consumption of alcohol during the experience is prohibited

• Littering is strictly prohibited and one should avoid carrying disposables of any kind

🎒Pack

• Wear comfortable clothing (long sleeves and long pants preferable) and proper walking footwear (closed – no sandals or flipflops) 

• Carry hat/ sunscreen, mosquito repllent, a mask, and 2 ltrs of water in a reusable water bottle (no disposables)

• Carry digital camera/ phone with waterproof pouch

• Carry a pair of binoculars (if you have them)

• Carry umbrella/raincoat/rain jacket (during monsoons)

• Carry a small bag for essentials

• Pay attention to tour leader at all times

• Do not wander off on your own while on the tour

Statutory Weather Warning :

Due to current weather conditions and official advisories, adverse weather such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds may affect certain guest experiences.

For heritage walks, cycling tours, and nature trails (e.g., historical tours, city walking tours, monument trails), these outdoor experiences are particularly vulnerable to adverse weather and may be suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled for guest safety and preservation of the experience quality.

In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, customers will be offered an alternative time slot or date; or a full refund as per Vendor's discretion and weather cancellation policy. We strongly advise all guests to check weather updates and reconfirm their activity slots before travel.
