Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation policy for every hotel & experiences may be different. Do check the cancellation policy of the hotel & experiences you are booking, at the time of booking or on your hotel voucher. In case of refundable booking refund may be expected within 10 working days from the date of cancellation to the original form of payment. The User shall be solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising from the use of the Service, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In addition to the booking cost charged by the Service Providers, Lets Goa reserves the right to levy convenience fees. Lets Goa further reserves the right to modify these fees from time to time. Any such additional fees, including those for modifications, will be displayed to the User before confirming the booking or collecting payment.

In cases of short-charging of the booking amount, taxes, statutory fees, convenience fees, etc., due to any technical error or other reasons, Lets Goa reserves the right to deduct, claim, or charge the outstanding amount from the User. The User is obligated to pay the balance amount to Lets Goa. Should the short charge be claimed before the booking is utilized, Lets Goa reserves the right to cancel the booking if the balance is not settled prior to the date of utilization.

Any increase in charges imposed by Lets Goa due to changes in tax rates or new levies imposed by the Government shall be borne by the User. Such charges may be implemented without prior notice and may apply retrospectively, in line with applicable law.

In the rare instance where a booking does not get confirmed for any reason, Lets Goa will refund the booking amount to the User and notify them accordingly. Lets Goa is under no obligation to provide an alternative booking, compensate, or replace the unconfirmed booking. All subsequent bookings will be treated as new transactions. Any applicable refunds will be processed according to the policies of the respective service providers and Lets Goa

The User acknowledges that all payments should only be made to bank accounts held in the name of Lets Goa. Under no circumstances will Lets Goa or its agents, representatives, or employees request the User to transfer funds to any personal account or an account not held by Lets Goa. If the User transfers funds to an illegitimate or third-party account, Lets Goa will not be held liable, and the User will not have any right to claim those funds from Lets Goa. The User agrees not to share sensitive personal information, such as credit/debit card details (e.g., card number, CVV, OTP, expiration date), user IDs, and passwords, with any individual, including Lets Goa agents, employees, or representatives. If any Lets Goa representative requests such information, the User must immediately notify Lets Goa. Lets Goa is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User as a result of sharing such details.

Refunds for cancelled or missing bookings will always be processed to the original payment method (credit card, wallet, etc.) used for the booking.

Lets Goa is not liable if a User misses to check in hotel and experiences, or fails to utilize a booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the Service Provider's policy and processed upon receipt of the refund from the Service Provider.

Bookings made through Lets Goa are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the booking confirmation or communicated to the User in writing.

Lets Goa offers multiple payment options, including Credit/Debit Cards from various banks, Net Banking from major banks, Lets Goa and third-party Wallets, Gift Cards, and more.

Any funds deposited into the Lets Goa wallet by the User will be maintained in the same form and currency as deposited. These funds can only be used for making payments on the Lets Goa platform in accordance with the User Agreement.
